These photos are of a new roof we installed over a residential addition in Coral Gables, Florida. The roofing part of the project included the installation of roof trusses, plywood and new clay roof tiles to match the existing tiles from the original roof of the residence.
The original home had a separated garage structure which we joined to the main structure with concrete block walls and a new roof section. Another addition and roof was built in the entrance of the home. We installed a concrete roof tile from Eagle Supply with polyfoam throughout the entire multi-pitch roof.
Here is a new GAF Timberline 30 Year Dimensional Shingle roof we’re installing on a Southwest Miami-Dade home. We will be passing our first inspection, the Time of Installation Inspection, in the coming days and Final Inspection shortly after.
This new roof required some repairs and replacement of plywood that had been damaged from Miami’s severe weather. Rotting plywood and framework were replaced before rolling out new roofing paper and laying down new roof tiles.
